Hi there thanks for the information not only by the posts but I've got some e-mails as well.
Though I will need to learn more about the TEMPCO, I assume the important thing is that the resistor needs to have physical contact with the transistor so as to dissipate{?) the heat of the transistor.
I've found some similar type of the resistor on the internet.
Might have questions when I construct it, but thank you very much for your all advices.
