Laser or water cutting aluminum is best for low quantities (as opposed to sawing and drilling). If you can generate a DXF file and email a template with your material thickness, you can email it to a nearby shop for a price (any alloy will do). If you shop around you should be able to get a serge sized panel cut for $40-60 USD, unfinished.
