Bad! If you are taking it before the 470k, at the IC pin, you are risking
your chip. If you take it the bus side, you are connecting to a summing
node, where the voltage never varys from 0 volts!
Connect a 1k resistor the collector of each of the LED driver transistors.
Run thoes to output jacks. Note that the signal will be going between 0V and
about -13 volts (yes, MINUS 13 volts).
The circuit really isn't designed for individual outputs.

cool. When i tried it I got nothing, The rest of it is fine, seems to be
working the same as before I took it apart. Jacks are grounded.
