PARTS FAQ (was[cgs_synth] capacitor advice)

FWIW,
the link doesn't work for me either from the home page.

The big Red FAQ link works OK, but the link at the bottom of that page
to the Parts FAQ comes up with Error 404...

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
