I guess it is most likely that the problem is caused by a damaged PCB.
I started out with a bad soldering iron, and think I can have
destroyed the PCB by burning it. Well that was a way to practice
soldering. Maybe I will try again with a new PCB.

The offset error on the outputs is probably a common problem with the
ASR.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
