Cgs synth

I'm getting ready to build a few of your modules, and am in the
process of ordering parts. I hate to ask such a basic question, but
what kind of capacitors should I be using. I know that for
decoupling, ceramic is fine.
I'm planning on building the drum simulator, cynare, chime, and gate seq.
Should I use polyester film for pretty much everything else (like in
the oscillators and filter sections), or are some of the better
ceramic cap's good enough for these circuits.
