Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

I finally got them both to work here's how:

Switched the BCF off left the BCR on, in Device Manager removed the
Behringer driver.

After restart the BCF has the Behringer driver, the BCR gets the
generic  Windows "USB audio device" driver.

I'm still investigating.... but for now, this works.
