I haven't been following this whole thread.
If that syx file contains firmware, then yes, a disassembler would help.
If it's just sysex to program the bcrs' knobs/buttons then it will be of no use

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
