I have a few sets of overlays for the Rhodes Chroma made by Jamie Downing at synthgraphics.com. They are made from 3M adhesive vinyl and are the best quality I have seen.
If they need to be non-adhesive I believe Jamie would be the man to ask; especially if there were enough orders made to have the overlays produced.
The vinyl is relatively thick, black, but perhaps not something to be used with an erasable marker. But again, Jamie has a die cut process I believe he contracts out so he may be just the guy to contact with any ideas mentioned, including non-adhesive materials.
Hope this helps the group.
