Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Don't want to be pesky, but MIDI modes are the "S" one (probably for
"standalone"). However, as long as you don't have BCR connected thru
USB as well it shouldn't make much difference. Maybe switching to some
S modes can help?
