Re: Solos in mackie mode???

Cool - glad you figured it out.
"Share your revision" - I mean post your preset for other people to use and modify as they like.
Include a screen shot of the layout from bcmanager, so people know what they are getting.
I'd have to see your preset to tell what's going on with sends.

Similar problem with the LEDs of the Buttons (Solo and Record_Arm). They react correctly if the buttons are pushed on the screen with the mouse, but when hit on the BCR itself, sometimes they react, mostly not. But really, thats just peanuts.

Its so great all these people working on this things. I dont think i would have got there, without the internet. At least not this fast. But now...deluxe.

Thats why i need fast checks on the pan, mute, solo, rec and sends on each channel quick hand. Clipfires and dpots are very acceptable add ons though.

The templates from kip were very helpful so far, really great piece of work. But i would like to get a different assignment to the knobs, so its more suitable to my workflow. I have trouble finding the right midi notes for the solo switches. Which notes do i need to assign to the buttons, so they control the "Solo" switches of the channels? I read that mackie uses Note 8-15 for the solos but no effect there. Any suggestions?
> > > Then, is there a possibility to assign the push-encoder row to permanently control the channels pan AND mute, and then assign them in one of the other Encoder Groups to Clip Arms at the same time? Or wait, first, how to assign their encoder funktion to Pan? I managend to match their push-funktion to mute, but i cant find the pans for their encoder funktion at the same time.

So far i tried CC 81 -CC 96, but when i push bank> the other buttons (mute, rec) jump to channels 9-16 while the send encoders stay with 1-8.
