Hi all, I'm pulling my hair out with frustration, and before I bring my case to Steinberg, I want to see if anyone else is having this same problem: I recently upgraded from Cubase SX3 to Cubase 5. In SX3 my BCR worked as it should after creating a 'Generic Remote' template in Cubase. All knobs and buttons functioned as expected. After upgrading to C5, however, all buttons work correctly EXCEPT solo! When I solo a track, I see the midi indicator show a message received, I see the solo button light up on the track in Cubase, but there is at least a 2 second delay before the solo actually happens (It seems as if the message is being sent back to the BCR with that latency from Cubase, i.e. when I turn a volume pot, I see input and output (feedback) in the cubase midi monitor happening simultaneously, not the case with solo, there is a delay with the message being sent back to the BCR.) If anyone else can replicate this problem, or if you are running C5 and a BCR2000 and DON't have this problem, let me know. Submitting problem\bug reports to Steinberg can be a little frustrating, and before I do, I want to confirm it is in fact a Cubase bug. Erik
