Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi-

I have BC Manager v1.5.1, and it's excellent!

One thing I don't get is how to edit the parameter for a CC. Say I
want an encoder to transmit CC 109 on ch 16. I see how to change
everything except the value of the param itself, in this case 109. I'm
sure it's something simple, appreciate the help.
