Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

  Description : Hack of the BCF_live by Mago, I added 8 d.pots and the 8 cursor clip_fires from BCR2k version 5.0  Please test it and tell me if it works or fix it, I don't have a BCF! Encoder group #2 is now 8 d.pots. Native Ableton Live support for the BCF2000 for device/rack control.  Encoder group #3 is 8 cursor up/downs and auto ch select with selected clip fire on knob push. May be  useful for performance or session composing.
