Akai S1000 / S1100 samplers

just picked this up for $80

note that it's listed as an s100. after confirming that it was in fact
the unit in the photo i bought it. 

i'm a devout kurzweil k2500 user but i wanted to add a second sampler
with different characteristics to my rack. 

so yeah, for right now... just saying what's up and i'll be poking in
with any questions i can't seem to get the manual to answer. i figured
the cult of akai is as strong as the cult of kurzweil so i want to try
one out.
