Constructor creates a diskimage of a AKAI CD-ROM at least, the transfer is by the CD-ROM then.
The program is relatively new and I don´t have it up to now because it isn´t available in europe actually,- I plan to buy it but have no experience up today.
It´s not free.

All the other programs read AKAI format only and convert to other formats, but not vice versa.
AKAI samplers don´t read wav format.

Hey guys, i have an AKAI S1000 with SCSI installed.
all i need to do is transfer wave samples to the S1000 and then save
them to a floppy.
unfortunately there is no tool to do this.
i have wavelab, but it seems that it can only transfer via MIDI...
i found this fmjsoft.com Awave software in the forum, but the trial
version does not let me test this and i dont wanna spend 100$ not
knowing if it will.
so: is there any free PC software that will run on WinXP that will do
this?
thanx

Hi and thanks for you answer....
i can not believe it???
no software fore such a widely spread
sampler?
what i wanted to do is just transfer, nothing
else.
i also have a S2000 and i am working with
wavelab:
you just load a wav sample, then go to "send to
sampler" and it is transfered to the S2000 via SCSI -
easy!!!!
in the list of supported samplers there is also the
S1000 but it is only listed via MIDI transfer.
but i just cant believe that there is no sollution
to transfer via SCSI to the S1000 ?????
there must be something???
no?
