Akai S1000 / S1100 samplers

Whats the bext way to get two SCSI drives to work with one S1000?
Currently I have a Apple CDROM and SyQuest EZ135 and want to able to
access both from the S1000, but the HDSK menu only shows one external
ID number and a Atari HD ID?
