Hi John, I'm afraid you're right. :-( looking at your measurement results the deviations look more design immanent than like an calibration error. Regarding the second MSG you just posted, I've to admit that I'm not sure if I fully understand the Vari-Synch functionality. Looking into the manual it appears to me like a soft sync on traditional sawtooth core VCOs but time reversing the core output rather than resetting.
