Delay Module...

Evening all,
Is anybody aware of a VC Delay that basically starts with a minimum delay of
0ms, and is voltage controllable up from there?
Only one I know of is the Serge Wilson Analogue Delay module (minimum delay
of minimum of .0005 sec.). Can't find another. Can't buy an entire Serge
panel for one module!
Wrote John Blacet and asked if the Blacet Time Machine was modifiable to do
this, but he said it would take a different chip/circuit to pull it off than
the one in the Time Machine..
If there's no module being made, anybody got a circuit diagram for one?
Maybe DIY is in order...
