I havenât fired it up in over 30 years.
A friend tried out the system, loved it and bought a similar system.
He couldnât get the converter to work though - I havenât tried it since - I never did have a problem with the converter and the whole system hasnât been run more than 10 hours.
I looked at it a couple of weeks ago with an aim to trying out the converter but I have to jury-rig an input signal - I no longer have the Barcus-Berry that I used
Itt gets power from the main unit I think and that connection my be loose...
So Iâll try it out soon - down with flu at the moment - and let you know.

Used with wind-synth or trumpet. Havenât touched it in 30 years.
I lent it to a friend in 2005 who gave it back to me a week later and bought the same system.
