the regular size Zeus is 1200 mv of + and - 12vdc plus some + 5 if you give it what? 2.5 or 3 amps of Cincon laptop type power. I don't think that's going to get you all that far? You can say get a bigger Cincon and chain a few Zeus boards but one Zeus won't do more than 1.2 amp output. Anyway check all the specs, is lighter than power one but a correctly functioning power one once wired correctly is probably more power in larger amounts for the money. I do see that the larger ones do need a fan and generally there are exposed line voltages to deal with

sorry 1200mA ... anyway the point is its been around long enough that people would be using them if it got you far, other than weight. Zeus was probably inspired by what Buchla uses but he uses larger regulators

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
