Hi smoggers,

Like Joerg, I hope this is okay on the SMOG. I,m sure someone will tell me if it's not. I have a synth for sale. I put it out on the EML list, but the only person I heard back from was, oddly enough, Sebastian. He was very interested in the synth, but was forthright in saying that is in the middle of moving, and it will be some weeks before he will be ablr to put any attention towards this, and understandably so. Although I offered to save the unit for him, he said not to do that, so I will tell you Smoggers about it. If no one wants it, then I'll gladly keep using it until Seb. writes back.

The unit is an EML 400/401 sequencer in excellent condition. There is a photo of it next to my Serge out on theSMOG file space. I am selling it along with a JKJ Electronics CV-5 midi to CV converter. I have all the original manuals for both units. There are six sixteen stage sequencers, and a synth w/ 2 osc.(syncable), 1LFO, 1EG, 1VCF, 1VCA, Quantizer. Everything in the synth is normalled for an Arp Odyssey type architecture (it's basically an EML 500), but everything is also brought out to 1/4"jacks. I use it all the time patched into and out of my Serge. Asking price is 1500.00 US for everything. This is not entirely non-Serge related, as I am in process of ordering 2 more panels for my Serge, and I can use the proceeds from this sale toward that end. A little bit. I Am really concerned about finding a good home for this seq. I wanted and looked for this unit for along time, and they are rare. I would only part with it over something like more Serge panels.
