I took a 19" length of aluminum "L"-bar stock (for rigidity) drilled it full of holes, and mounted pairs of banana / 1/8" jacks wired together, plus one banana wired to ground of all the 1/8"... works for me.

Extremely simple solution:

take a banana cable, then cut one of the plugs and replace it with a
1/8 plug (attach the wire to the tip lead of the plug). Then make sure
to ground your Plan B rack to the Serge PS.

Voila.........
