If all the rules were spelled out in one place - like a web page - it would
be a little easier to follow.
I had to have Mark pull my submission on account of it being from my
archives, not done just for the contest.

Mmm. Sorry about that. This thing was never fully planned and it
is evolving as it goes along. I'll see if Mark will host a page with
the "rules".

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
