contributers copies went out this week; domestic us via media mail, overseas 1st class. unfortunately resipiscent is having problems with their website; BUY buttons aren't working and their web developer is hospitalized.
advance copies can be order via paypal:
paypal $12 to info@... $10+$2 for shipping, and they will send advance copies for folks on this board.
