Controlling Serge with other equipment

Hi,

I'm currently contemplating my first Serge purchase but was wondering
how you all sync your Serge equipment to non-banana 1/4" (or even
1/8") jacks for CV/Gate?

How easy would it be to control, say a Creature panel with something
like the SND Sam-16?
