The clearance problem with the SKB case is very easy to work around. I
used a Dremel tool to cut a few millimeters off of the two tabs in
question, and then polished them up a bit to get rid of any sharp edges.
Took all of about ten minutes. I now have three ROX boats (the deep
ones) mounted in the case with no clearance problems or limited
functionality at all.
