I can do the sample rate reduction and dithering, myself, if you want. I just thought you were going to take the hi-res files, match loudnesses, etc., and then sample rate convert and dither, then. if you want me to skip sending the hi-res files, that's fine, just let me know!

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
