The selection committee idea is good if we have more submissions that what will fit on the CD.

Hans, you're probably a good candidate for the producer role? Maybe Dennis/mono- poly would like to help with that, as well. Sounds like kkonkkrete would handle the layout and design, if no one else steps up, and we'll just need to find a masterer.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
