Slick! And to think I've hated ASR's for so long and now I have 2 killer
apps for them that I love...

True, but I think that there have now been several solutions posted for this
and the conversion has moved on to how to hook up other important functions
for sequencers. I generally don't need to extend the SEQ8 into a SEQ16 as I
have a TKB. I *do* have a ton of need for a flip-flop. Thanks for the tip
(an elegant one at that!).
