Hi Yannis
what do you plan to use the Serge for mostly?:
sound processing? (filters/phaser/freq shift/res eq, etc)
sound creation? (vco's/noise/wave multiplier/waveshaper)
or combination of the 2?
my first panel was a core basic synth voice - 2
VCO's/NOISE/MIXER/ADSR/UAP
my second was sound processing - PRE-AMP/WAVE MULTIPLIER/RING
MOD/DSG/VCFQ/FREQ SHIFT/PHASER/RES EQ
my third was a TKB.
I quickly discovered my 3 panel system was inbalanced - lacking in
voltage control, so I ordered a 4th panel with DTG/DUAL CV
PROCESSOR/SSG/NCOM/QUANTIZER and another couple of VCO's.
It's tricky to get the balance spot on all in one go... its only when
I had the 3 panel system for a year or so did I realise the lack of
voltage control.
Let us know what you plan to use it for mostly and I'm sure folks can
advise you in getting a balanced system. Rex was helpful to me in
this dept. also.

If I select one of the ready-made panels I might end up with modules
that I would rarely use. I am not sure about ordering 2-3 panels in
one go. But if I don't then it would take me a long time before I put
together a nice system. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanx.
