Well,  I’m thinking of selling my Serge modular so I thought I would see if
anyone here is interested before trying ebay.  Also, if someone here is on 
a serge newsgroup and wouldn't mind forwarding this, i'd appreciate it.  

This 6 panel Serge was built around 87’ and i'm the 3rd owner.  I was told by the
previous owner (another fellow AH member) that the original owner asked Serge to 
plan the panels for him with his "ideal layout" and this is what he ended up with:

The panels are in great Condition and are "not" kits and "not" paper faced.  
I have pics if anyone is interested.  Other than the Gentle Electric pitch 
& envelope Follower, all modules are still made by STS today.  

I have replaced all 6 of the panels chassis boxes with brand new aluminum 
rackmount chassis boxes from STS and they look great, also all new  distribution 
wiring system, new connectors and I bought the largest PSU offered by STS, 
which should Power at least 12 panels.  Cosmetically there is just very minor 
wear, a scratch or two and on one of the panels a bit of the silkscreening has 
rubbed off on a
 module name, not bad though.  Its really nice for its age.  
As far as working condition, I haven’t had any Problems with it at all.    

I have about $9,500 in the system and would obviously like to get as much of 
that back out of it as possible so I guess I’ll take offers in that ballpark.  
I would prefer not to break it up just yet but if I get a lot of response or offers 
to buy individual panels I might change my mind.   I figure a new 6 panel laid out
like this one with the same psu and all would cost around $16,500 and that’s 
figuring the value of the gentle electric at around $600 (can’t find what they 
originally went for and they aren’t offered through STS) 

As far as trades, I’d only be interested in a partial trade as I need the cash
right now and only for other modular gear.
