Do you have any indication of the age of this board? I have seen a
picture of an old system with a "filter bank" module, which may have
been a proper module or may have been a few standard filters behind a
custom panel.

Is there a pad "Y"? That's usually a +6v supply, which would suggest
an older system (1976 or earlier).

What was the PAN 104A used in? The quad mixer?
