never seen this module before. it must be a custom job. by looking at
it, it has a switch, a couple of inputs and 8 outputs. maybe it takes
a pulse or clock and seqeuntially outputs it to the different
numbered outputs. kind of of like the ASR but for clocks or pulses.
who knows? anyone?
