Latest EROM IMAGES for Jupiter 8 and also a DAC question

Does anyone here have image files of the latest OS for the Jupiter 8?
I think 3.4D was the last one. I have 3.3D. I am not sure what ROM
A,B and C versions are?
Last question:
Does anyoen have extra parts for the Jupiter 8? I am looking for the
switch that has the post that sticks out. I need a couple of them and
the DAC 14 bit version. I have the 12 bit version and need to get the
14 bit version.
