Hi all,

I just won an MKS-80 and programmer off Ebay last week and I'm
excited to get it. I'm looking forward to experimenting...

In my searches, I also found a MINT jupiter 8 for sale

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?
ViewItem&category=38090&item=7304530228&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

Apparently it's Sir Mix Alot's and he used it on Baby Got Back... and
that's it. Right now it's at $2150.... !gish!

It does look absolutely pristine though, but way too much $$ for me.

Anyway, glad to be part of the group.

Yah, I would rather buy a crap one or a half way good one. The price doesn’t justify the no scratches that will just be damaged in shipping. It’s a museum piece, and should go into a damn synthesizer museum, but musicians are to poor to donate such items, lol.
