may want to avoid that one at all costs
i know someone who was quite ripped off
to say the list with transaction involving
that particular location.  And this is a
person who did every safeguard to
protect themselves via international
trading procedures.  OTOH, this in
fact could be legit?  Doubtful... since
the very email you received is identical
to his 1st contact from them..
