hi there, does anyone know how to tune the cross modulation on a jupiter 8

the tune is horrible as soon as i turn up the cross mod i loose tune, if i
understand correctly this is not supposed to happen.

That is the correct result of cross modulation. The resulting tuning is not
12 tone scale.
