Jupiter 8 - all bank leds blink at once...

When I power my JP8 up, I can see all of the bank LEDs blinking at the
same time... Then, if I click a bank, the synth plays ok but not in
tune. Clicking the Tune button, again, makes all bank leds blink again.
What do you think could the problem be ?
