Image Didn't Print

2007-04-01 by avebon2000

I use Mac OS 10.4.9 and an Epson 4000.

I recently downloaded QTR and installed it. It shows up in my printer
list. When I sent a print through, the printer head moved as though it
were printing, but no ink was laid down. The paper was blank.

What am I missing?

Also, last week when I looked through the settings, I think I recall
seeing options for different tones, etc. Now I can't find where that is.

Thank you,

Ave
