QTR-Quadtone RIP

I just installed the updated version of QTR on my Mac (OSX 10.13.3) and now I cant run the install scripts (no access due to lack of appropriate privileges). I opened the "Get Info" window and added myself to the permissions that doesn't fix the problem. Any other ideas out there?

Also, (and I am embarrassed to have to ask this) but is there a an actual application that can be opened in QTR? I have only used QTR through Quad Tone Quick Curves, Quad Tone Profile and Print Tool. I have tried all the files in the QTR folder but nothing opens like an actual app that I am used to. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I have read the QTR User guide several times for this information and not found it.

Re-install quadtonerip. It will fix the permissions.
