QTR not printing to specified size

QTR not printing to specified size

2012-12-20 by thekfarm76

Hello! I just installed QTR today. I have an Epson 1400 so as you can understand I've been very frustrated with the printers B&W output... until now!

Everything is looking great except I can't get it to print the size I want. I have the correct printer name and model selected and paper size etc. It seems to be printing all my images approx 2 - 2.5 times larger than what's specified. I've tested using different scaling and print to fit and nothing works

I'm using Windows 7(64 bit)

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

This sounds like an issue that happens with some JPGs. Different
programs store different info
for sizing and this can confuse the situation.

So if you are using JPGs the best thing to try is to switch to TIF files.

Funny, I had just opened another thread on that topic.

There is really a problem in QtrGUI, I think. Using TIf is not a solution, because the print module in LightRoom cannot produce a TIF.
