I am using the identical set up, and getting beautiful prints from this system. The suggestions you need are all in the instructions that came with the carts from Inkjet Mall. I've used Cone's ICC system but had to read the new directions very carefully because the new system with QTR needs different settings. If you have just one or two settings wrong you can easily get the weird results you mention. Check setting twice, then check them again. There are multiple drop down boxes in the printer dialogs and you must look at all of the ones mentioned in the set-up guide. Photoshop 7 and CS require different settings than CS2. Having a printer other than the 2200 selected as the default printer can set you up for disaster if you don't look at *each* important dialog in the printer set-up. I've set things wrong myself on ocassion and gotten wacko prints (some are actually kind of interesting, though not what I was looking for). the final line of defense is Inkjet Mall tech support.
