QTR-Quadtone RIP

I followed Walters other post with more explanation and it worked. I had a power failure due to weather and when I restarted custom sizes was not available. I followed the same instructions, leaving Terminal app open and restarted (the same way I did the first time when it worked). Now custom sizes again is not available. By the way the printer was on. I did it again with the printer off & closed the Terminal app, then restarted. Again, custom sizes are not available.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
