Thanks for the workaround, Walker. I have been printing K7 on a 4880 through Lightroom 2.7 / 3 and ran into the same issue w/ the recent Apple upgrade. In my case, nothing prints except letter size. I tried selecting tabloid, which is not a custom size, and still got a letter-sized piece of the larger print. I am able to access and create custom page sizes in LR, but when the print command is sent, the Get Info button on the printer dialogue box reveals that the page size received is letter. Wish I had enough command-line expertise to replace cups as you suggest, but I did replace the pstops file with an earlier version through Time Machine - as suggested by someone on the Apple 10.6.5 printing forum. Unfortunately, that solution does not work for me.
