Errors using Vista 64bit

Greetings....I have been using QuadraTone Rip on Windows XP with Photoshop CS4 and it has been working great. I have just installed it on a new Vista 64bit computer and I am getting 
the error messages....see attached jpgs.
 
I have installed the software first into the program files x86 folder and then I tried the program files folder (64bit) with the same result. Is it possible to run this software on a Vista64 bit system. Please advise.
