QTR-Quadtone RIP

Greetings All,

I've been trying to make the QuadtoneRIP work with my setup (see below) for a couple of days now and so far all I've achieved is a large waste of ink and paper.  No matter which curve combo I select, no matter which app I print from (PS or Aperture), all the prints come out very washed out, way too light.  Before I wasted anymore ink and paper, I thought it might be wise to ask someone who knows more than me about what I might be doing wrong.

Details:

-Epson 4000 with UC ink.
-Epson Premium Luster Photo Paper.
-Mac Pro with 8GB, OS 10.5.5
-Photoshop CS3 & Aperture 2.1
-Eizo CE24W displays, calibrated with Gretagmacbeth i1.
