Re: [QuadtoneRIP] QTR "really" slow spooling/processing prints

2008-04-06 by Steve and Ann Taylor

I use a 2200 on a Win2000 machine and periodically have the same kind of
problem. Sometimes it will print fine, other times it will get part way
through a job and then slow down, way down, so that it makes a pass over
the paper only every second or couple of seconds. It then takes a long
time to finish the print. I have 512MB of memory and lots of disk space. I
guess one way to look at it is that it gives the ink a long time to dry.
