Tiff Error Message

Hi
I am using PS CS3 and QuadToneRIP version 2.5.2.1. The problem I am
having is when I bring the image into Quad it gives me the following
error "TIFF format not supported". Can anyone tell me what the problem
is. I am using Adobe RGB 1998 in CS3.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
