Thanks Roy.  I'll try that.  I am using R2400. Adobe CS - version 8. QTR
2.4.3.  Should I download 2.5.2?

I tried to delete QTR from the downloaded file but was informed I was not
able to do so.  I'll try the technique you recommend.

I am not familiar how to generate the DiagnosticScript output.

I have to run out at this moment so I will get back to you later.  Many
